Plate shaped stainless steel shrapnel, conforming to RoHS standard. Stainless steel imported from Japan is stamped and manufactured under a 60-80 ton punch and then bent. It has the characteristics of light weight, good stiffness, high strength, uniform size with the module, good interchangeability and surface quality.

Flat-profile shrapnel designs require careful material selection to achieve both spring deflection and mounting stability. We stamp these SUS304 plate-type components to your custom prints, with thicknesses from 0.02 to 3.00 mm and plating applied before or after stamping per your requirements. The material’s moderate work-hardening behavior supports consistent forming of elongated contact beams and mounting tabs alike. Our die geometry is developed around your specific layout, ensuring that each shrapnel delivers the intended contact pressure within the available planar space.
