SUS301 Metal stamping shrapnel

Metal stamping shrapnel, conforming to RoHS standard. It is stainless steel imported from Japan and manufactured by 60-80 ton punch press. It has the characteristics of light weight, good stiffness, high strength, uniform size with the module, good interchangeability and surface quality.

As a forming material, SUS301 delivers the high yield strength and forming latitude needed for complex shrapnel geometries. We produce these stampings to your custom prints, with thicknesses from 0.02 to 3.00 mm and plating performed either before or after stamping as you specify. The alloy’s tendency to harden during cold working contributes positively to the finished part’s spring characteristics.
