HSK Precision

HSK Precision specializes in precision stamping, tooling, and custom metal components for demanding industrial applications.

Stamping processing

At Hashimoto Precision, precision stamping of metals stands as a fundamental service, and our relentless efforts to advance our stamping capabilities are aimed at delivering tooling and finished parts that perfectly match customer needs.

Riveting

Material riveting, executed directly within our stamping presses, creates a permanent mechanical connection between two or more layers of metal stock—an ideal solution where welding or bonding proves impracticable. By converting those conventional joining methods into a press‑based interlocking step, we reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency. Although this practice has been a mainstay in home appliances and office automation for many years, its relevance now extends to automotive electronic components, micro‑motors, and an ever‑expanding range of modern applications.

Bending process

1.Complex shape processing
Bending sits among our core stamping specialties, with particular strength in handling elaborate profiles—including multi‑turn closed corners, extended slender curves, and rivet‑integrated folds. Our internal die‑making capability allows us to factor in shape demands and alloy traits from the outset, ensuring that even the most challenging blueprints are matched with a cost‑effective, high‑volume approach.

2.Micro bend processing
Micro‑bending, as a professional stamping method, has demonstrated its reliability through mass‑production of miniature parts—including 0.5‑mm‑wide automatic pencil elements—and it facilitates precision stamping, riveting, and complex riveting processes all at once. Hashimoto Precision also devotes continuous resources to advancing this technology.

Sheet metal

Mass production: 0.02–3.0 mm
Trial production: 20μm (t0.02mm)

Stamping involves feeding flat metal stock through a press to convert it into finished parts or components. Through this forming operation, the material can be shaped into intricate geometries as required by the design.

Added Business

1. In‑house Fixture, Auxiliary Equipment, and Automation
Beyond die‑making, we manufacture our own jigs, peripheral machinery, and automated cells on‑site to drive productivity gains. Our goal is to maximize process automation, minimize manual involvement, and thereby secure consistent output while keeping costs under control.

2. Processing Capability for Challenging Alloys
We routinely handle a variety of hard‑to‑form metals, including phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, and stainless steel. Our facility is equipped with an electric furnace for beryllium copper heat treatment, and we also perform stainless steel thermal processing within the HSK group as application requirements dictate.
