Battery shrapnel, conforming to RoHS standard. Stainless steel imported from Japan is manufactured by stamping on the premise of low material consumption. It has the characteristics of light weight, good stiffness, high strength, uniform size with the module, good interchangeability and surface quality.

Stainless steel offers the corrosion resistance and enduring spring force that battery contact applications demand. We stamp these shrapnel components to your custom prints, using SUS material that maintains consistent pressure across 0.02–3.00 mm thicknesses. Plating can be applied before or after stamping, depending on your surface finish and conductivity requirements.
